On March 25-30, the Chinese qualifier for Intel® Extreme Masters Sydney took place with 16 teams fighting for one slot at Australia's first esports stadium event. After several hard-fought matches, it was Vici Gaming who emerged victorious and will join Renegades, SK Gaming, Astralis, North, FaZe Clan and OpTic Gaming in the battle for the first IEM trophy of Season 12.
The qualifier kicks off with a group stage with the teams divided into four group of four.

The closed qualifier will take place On April 1-2, with the final being played on April 9 (schedule can be found here).
